Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Plumb Ace (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Services
Plumb Ace provides cloud-based business management software for plumbing professionals, including tools for estimates, invoicing, client management, scheduling, payments, messaging, and related features. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. Account Registration
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 18 years old
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Free Plan: Our Core plan is free to use subject to usage limits described on our Pricing page.
Paid Plans: Pro and Elite plans require payment. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your account settings. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
5. Your Data & Content
Ownership: You retain all rights to the business data, customer information, estimates, invoices, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content").
License to Us: You grant Plumb Ace a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with all applicable laws and that you have the right to store and process it.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or our servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
Plumb Ace and all related trademarks, logos, software, and materials are the property of Plumb Ace or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license to use the Services as described herein.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As Is: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumb Ace's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plumb Ace and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
